Conference guests arriving on several flights may need smaller airport transfers before boarding a shared hotel shuttle the next morning. A student group may travel together from home and keep the same group itinerary throughout its stay. BTM can arrange either approach.


Our 56- and 38-passenger motorcoaches offer restrooms, Wi-Fi, charging, TV/DVD entertainment, and climate-controlled seating for full days and longer journeys. The 25-passenger minibus is a useful choice for local shuttles, while 14-passenger Sprinters and private SUVs suit smaller guest groups.

International Drive, the convention district, the resort areas, and downtown Orlando each bring a different set of hotels and destinations. A dinner after a trade show might be nearby; a theme park morning or downtown performance could be another leg of the itinerary entirely.


At the Orange County Convention Center, the West Building and North-South Building have different arrival locations. A shuttle that follows your event’s building and entrance keeps the ride tied to where attendees actually need to go.


Resort and attraction visits deserve the same care. “Disney” or “Universal” can mean several different parks, hotels, and entertainment destinations. BTM can arrange transportation to the specific property on your program, with a group meeting point for the return. That lets passengers enjoy their time inside without having to organize the ride home at the end of a long day.

Orange County Convention Center Shuttles

Keep the hotel shuttle tied to the conference agenda. Morning registration, split session finish times, and evening receptions can create several distinct departures. BTM can arrange transportation for the hotel groups using it, with the event’s building and entrance guiding each convention-center stop.

Theme Parks & Resort Outings

Make a day at Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, or SeaWorld Orlando part of your group’s own itinerary. A private charter connects your starting point with the selected attraction, including a planned return after the day’s activities. Different parks or resorts should be listed as separate destinations.

MCO Arrivals & Rail Connections

Guests may arrive through Orlando International Airport or its adjacent Brightline station. A private transfer can take them onward to their resort, meeting, or group gathering. Flight and train arrivals need their own pickup details, even when travelers are joining the same event.

Can you arrange transportation to Orlando theme parks?
Yes. BTM can provide private group transportation to area attractions. Specify the park or property, date, hotel or departure address, and preferred return time. Transportation uses the arrival arrangements for that destination; attraction tickets are booked separately.
Can you serve several convention hotel blocks?
Yes. Send the hotel list, passenger estimates, and conference schedule. Separate routes or timed departures may suit a spread-out group. Include whether the event uses the OCCC West Building or North-South Building and any entrance instructions from the organizer.
Can you collect groups from MCO and the Brightline station?
Yes. We can arrange airport and rail transfers. Provide flight or train details, passenger counts, luggage, and the onward destination. Groups arriving at different times can have separate transfers that join the main itinerary at the hotel or event.
Can our Orlando trip finish at Port Canaveral?
Yes. We can add a transfer from your Orlando hotel to the cruise port, plus a return journey after sailing if needed. Include the ship, dates, boarding instructions, and luggage counts so the cruise legs fit the rest of the visit.
Do all vehicles have the same amenities?
