Church & Religious Group Transportation

MORE TIME FOR FELLOWSHIP, FROM THE FIRST MILE

A retreat, youth conference, or choir trip begins before you reach the destination. Traveling together gives your group time to catch up, welcome new faces, and share the journey.

BTM Coaches provides private transportation for congregations, ministries, religious organizations, and nonprofit groups. We can arrange a local outing or several days away, with vehicles suited to your travelers and a professional driver taking care of the road.

Travel for Your Congregation

A SHARED JOURNEY FOR EVERY KIND OF GATHERING

Some church trips bring together several generations. Others take a youth group to camp, a choir to a performance, or volunteers to a service project. Each calls for a different mix of seating, storage, stops, and travel time.

BTM can arrange a departure from your church or designated meeting points, then connect the destinations on your program. Smaller ministries and large congregations have options within the same fleet, including multiple vehicles when the whole gathering travels together.

  • Congregational outings and fellowship days
  • Retreats, conferences, and religious gatherings
  • Youth camps and student ministry trips
  • Choir visits and performance travel
  • Volunteer, nonprofit, and community-group journeys

Comfort for the People Traveling

CHOOSE A RIDE THAT SUITS THE GROUP’S PACE

The right transportation helps everyone take part, whether the outing is an afternoon nearby or a retreat several states away. We’ll help match the vehicle to the journey and the travelers making it.

Motorcoaches for Retreats and Conferences

Our 38- and 56-passenger coaches give medium and large groups comfortable seating, climate control, restrooms, Wi-Fi, charging, and TV/DVD entertainment. On a longer trip, those amenities make the time between stops more comfortable for the congregation.

Smaller Vehicles for Local Fellowship

A 25-passenger minibus or 14-passenger Sprinter can bring a smaller group to a meal, gathering, or day outing. A private vehicle keeps the journey shared even when the passenger list does not call for a motorcoach.

Accessible Transportation by Request

Wheelchair-lift options can be requested as part of the trip. Tell us about mobility devices and boarding needs alongside the passenger list so we can discuss an appropriate vehicle arrangement for the group, including companions traveling together.

SPEND THE TRIP WITH YOUR PEOPLE

Organizing a group trip already means bringing people, reservations, and activities together. A professionally driven charter gives your leaders a shared way to travel with the congregation while BTM handles the driving.

We can connect the church departure with a retreat property, conference venue, hotel, or series of visits. On a multi-day trip, local transfers and the journey home can be arranged along with the first ride there.

BTM owns and operates its vehicles and supports the fleet with in-house maintenance. With more than 30 years in charter transportation, we bring experience to the road portion of the trip so your group can focus on fellowship, service, and the reason for gathering.

A Trip That Works for Everyone

LEAVE TIME FOR THE PEOPLE BETWEEN THE STOPS

A mixed-age group may want a different pace from a youth outing. Meal stops, time to board, and the activities at the destination all shape the day. For overnight travel, bags and instruments need space too. We’ll work with the group leader’s program to arrange transportation that supports the visit from departure through the return.

One Church or Several Pickup Points

A shared church departure gives travelers a familiar place to gather. When several congregations join the trip, additional meeting points can be included. The pickup order and passenger count at each location help establish a clear start for everyone.

Choirs, Camps, and Overnight Bags

A choir’s instrument cases or a youth group’s camp luggage can change the storage the trip needs. Describe those items when requesting a vehicle. A full-size motorcoach offers generous luggage space for groups carrying more than a bag for the day.

Leaders, Chaperones, and Companions

Include leaders, youth chaperones, and traveling companions in the passenger count. On a trip with several vehicles, the organizer can assign groups and leaders to each bus, making it easier to keep the congregation’s own supervision and boarding arrangements consistent.
Church Group Travel Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Tell us what brings the group together and where you’re headed. We can help with the transportation for a local day out or a longer journey.
Can you arrange a multi-day church retreat or conference trip?
Yes. BTM can provide transportation to the destination, local transfers during the stay, and the return home. Include the overnight accommodations, program times, meal stops, and other visits so the quote covers the travel your group needs throughout the trip.
Can several churches share one charter?
Yes. The itinerary can include designated pickup points for more than one congregation. Share the addresses and expected passenger numbers at each stop. We can help determine whether a shared route or separate vehicles will best fit the departure schedule and total group.
How do we choose for a group with different mobility needs?
Describe any need for a wheelchair lift, mobility-device space, or additional boarding time when requesting your trip. Accessible options are available by request. We’ll consider those needs with the group size and itinerary so you can discuss the arrangement before booking.
