For a family reunion or small company outing, a 14-passenger Sprinter or 25-passenger minibus can suit local transfers. A school group or larger touring party may prefer a 38- or 56-passenger motorcoach, with an onboard restroom, Wi-Fi, charging, TV/DVD entertainment, and climate control.

Cocoa Beach gives groups a coastal base for surf lessons, beach outings, and time around the pier. Beyond the oceanfront, the Space Coast opens up a different day: a visit to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, a lagoon excursion, or an evening in Cocoa Village.

 

Cocoa Village is on the mainland, separate from Cocoa Beach. Its shops, restaurants, and Playhouse can make a good addition to a beachside stay, with transportation connecting the two. A scheduled return lets your group enjoy the outing together without organizing a collection of separate rides.

 

For launch-viewing trips, choose the viewing destination as part of the outing and keep the day’s plans flexible. Launch schedules can change. BTM can discuss transportation around your planned visit, including what a schedule change would mean for the ride.

BTM can bring groups from Orlando International Airport to Cocoa Beach and continue the itinerary with local transportation. For visitors combining theme parks and the coast, a private charter connects the two portions of the vacation without splitting the party among rental cars.

Regional trips can also include Merritt Island, Titusville, Melbourne, and other Space Coast destinations. Those stops may serve a school tour, a company visit, or a family gathering with guests staying in several communities.

If a cruise follows your beach stay, add the hotel-to-Port Canaveral transfer and the post-cruise return to the same request. The trip can be planned from arrival through departure.

Yes. BTM can arrange transportation to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex from your hotel or another group pickup location. Let us know your admission or program schedule and how long you intend to stay. Visitor Complex tickets and experiences are arranged separately.
Can we combine an airport pickup with a cruise transfer the next day?
Yes. The booking can include an airport-to-hotel transfer, local outings during your stay, and a separate departure to Port Canaveral. Include each travel date, the ship, passenger counts, and luggage so the vehicle works for every leg.
Are Cocoa Beach and Cocoa Village the same place?
No. Cocoa Beach is beachside, while Cocoa Village is on the mainland in Cocoa. We can connect them for a dinner, theater visit, or shopping outing. Use the venue or hotel’s full address when arranging the pickup.
Can you arrange a ride for a rocket launch outing?
Yes. We can discuss transportation to your selected viewing destination. Launch dates and times can change, so talk with us about the trip’s timing and how a delay or new launch date would affect the transportation booking.
