Sports Team Transportation

ONE TEAM. ONE RIDE. READY FOR THE ROAD.

Bring the players, coaching staff, and equipment together for the trip ahead. BTM Coaches provides team transportation for away games, tournaments, training trips, and full seasons, from a local match to a multi-day journey.

With your road travel arranged, the team can settle in, prepare for competition, and return together after the final whistle. We’ll help choose the vehicle and departures that fit your roster and schedule.

Travel for Athletic Programs

FROM THE FIRST AWAY GAME TO THE POSTSEASON

Every program travels differently. A school team may leave campus for an afternoon game. A college roster may spend several nights away, moving between a hotel, practices, and competition venues. Tournament organizers may need several teams to travel on separate schedules.

BTM can arrange transportation for a single fixture or a series of trips across the season. We’ll consider the full traveling party, equipment load, and time the team needs at the venue before competition begins.

  • Away games and regional competitions
  • Tournament weekends and multi-day stays
  • Training camps and practice transfers
  • Full-season transportation for athletic programs
  • Multiple-team and multiple-vehicle travel

Room for the Roster

TEAM TRAVEL NEEDS MORE THAN EMPTY SEATS

Uniforms, equipment, overnight bags, and support staff all make the trip. The vehicle should suit the complete traveling party and give players a comfortable place to spend the journey.

Full-Size Coaches for Larger Teams

Our 56-passenger motorcoach brings a large roster together with generous luggage storage. It is a strong option for teams traveling with equipment and overnight bags, with the total load considered alongside the number of players and staff.

Comfort for the Road

Both 38- and 56-passenger motorcoaches offer restrooms, Wi-Fi, seat charging, TV/DVD entertainment, and climate control. Players can recharge their devices, enjoy a film, or settle into the ride between the demands of a competition day.

Smaller Squads and Separate Groups

A 38-passenger coach suits a medium-sized traveling party, while a 25-passenger minibus may fit a smaller local transfer. If staff or another squad follows a different schedule, we can discuss a separate vehicle for that part of the program.

Beyond the Ride to the Game

KEEP THE TEAM’S WHOLE STAY CONNECTED

The first game is rarely the only destination on a tournament trip. Your team may need an airport pickup, hotel check-in, practice transportation, and a shared meal before competition begins. BTM can include those journeys in one itinerary.

For athletic departments managing several teams, separate vehicles and departure times can reflect each roster’s commitments. For season travel, reviewing the fixtures together helps establish which trips need an overnight stay, different equipment arrangements, or additional local transfers.

Our owned and operated fleet is supported by professional drivers and in-house maintenance. Your coaching staff can focus on the team, with a transportation plan that follows the program beyond the opening game.

Working from Your Competition Schedule

ARRIVAL MEANS TIME TO GET READY

Kickoff, first pitch, or the start of a meet is not the team’s arrival time. Players need to unload, prepare, and warm up. We’ll use your required reporting time to plan the departure, with practice sessions, meals, and hotel returns included when needed. If a tournament bracket changes, contact us so we can review how the transportation schedule needs to respond.

Count the Full Traveling Party

The passenger list should include coaches, trainers, managers, and other staff traveling with the athletes. Supporters joining the trip may need additional seating or their own vehicle, particularly when their schedule differs from the team’s preparation and competition commitments.

Account for the Equipment

Describe the bags and larger items your program carries, including equipment trunks or bulky cases. A team with fewer passengers can still need substantial storage. Knowing the load helps us recommend the vehicle before the roster arrives ready to board.

Include the Days Between Games

For an overnight tournament or training trip, hotel departures and local travel matter as much as the journey there. Include practices, meals, and planned outings with the competition schedule so the team has transportation throughout the stay, including the return home.
Team Travel Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Whether you’re booking one away game or organizing an athletic calendar, we can help connect the travel details.
Can BTM quote transportation for a full season?
Yes. Send the fixtures you have, including destinations, required arrival times, traveling-party estimates, and overnight trips. We can review the season as a whole and discuss the transportation for each journey. If dates or venues are still being finalized, identify those details when making the request.
Which coach is best for a team with a lot of equipment?
Our 56-passenger motorcoach offers generous luggage storage and is a useful starting point for a larger team. The best fit still depends on the equipment volume, bags, and full roster. Share that load with us so the recommendation accounts for what travels as well as who travels.
What happens if our game time or tournament schedule changes?
Contact BTM with the revised venue or timing as soon as it is available. We’ll review the change against the booked itinerary and vehicle schedule, then discuss the revised transportation and any effect on the booking. Include possible bracket-dependent travel when planning a tournament trip.
