Race weekends and multi-day conventions can mean several journeys with the same group. BTM can arrange the initial arrival, daily event transfers, and the final trip home as part of one itinerary.


For a large fan group or visiting team, a 56-passenger motorcoach offers seating and luggage storage for the journey. A 38-passenger coach suits a smaller roster while retaining coach amenities such as a restroom, Wi-Fi, charging, and TV/DVD entertainment. Climate-controlled interiors give passengers a comfortable place to settle between outdoor events.


Smaller hotel shuttles can use a 25-passenger minibus or 14-passenger Sprinter. Tell us whether the vehicle is carrying day bags, overnight luggage, or team equipment so the choice fits more than the headcount.

TWO SIDES OF DAYTONA, ONE COORDINATED VISIT

Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach International Airport are mainland destinations. The Ocean Center and many oceanfront hotels sit beachside. If your itinerary includes both areas, the bridge crossing belongs in the schedule alongside event arrival and hotel departure times.


An Ocean Center program may draw guests from nearby hotels as well as properties farther along the coast. Some attendees may walk; others need a scheduled shuttle. We can help arrange transportation for the hotel groups that need it, plus shared departures for off-site dinners or outings.


Race-day transportation calls for a clear event meeting point and a plan for the return. Provide the access information associated with your tickets or hospitality arrangements so the itinerary uses the appropriate arrival location.
