The Right Size for Your Tampa Trip

FROM A PRIVATE AIRPORT ARRIVAL TO A FULL GROUP DEPARTURE

Your transportation may begin with a few executives arriving at TPA, then grow into a hotel shuttle for the entire conference delegation. A cruise party may need one vehicle large enough for everyone and their suitcases. BTM can help organize the vehicles around those different needs.


Our fleet includes private SUVs, 14-passenger Sprinters, 25-passenger minibuses, and 38- and 56-passenger motorcoaches. Motorcoach amenities include restrooms, Wi-Fi, charging, TV/DVD entertainment, and climate control—useful comforts when the Tampa visit is part of a longer journey.


For short local student trips, a school bus may be appropriate. Accessible transportation is available by request. We’ll consider the route, passengers, and luggage when discussing which option fits.

Downtown, Westshore & Across the Bay

CONNECT THE HOTEL YOU CHOOSE WITH THE TAMPA YOU CAME TO SEE

The Tampa Convention Center sits along the downtown Riverwalk. A meeting there can lead into an evening around Water Street, a group dinner in Ybor City, or a reception elsewhere in the city. Private transportation can connect the off-site parts of the program with the hotel blocks where attendees are staying.


Westshore and airport-area hotels create a different starting point from a downtown stay. Groups based in St. Petersburg or Clearwater also need to account for the journey across the bay when attending a Tampa event. We can arrange those connections as part of the day.


Cruise travelers have another destination within downtown’s broader visitor area: Port Tampa Bay’s terminals in the Channel District. A hotel transfer should follow the ship and terminal details for your sailing, with room planned for cruise luggage as well as passengers.

KEEP THE WHOLE REGIONAL ITINERARY TOGETHER

BTM can arrange transportation between Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and other Tampa Bay communities. A day with stops on both sides of the bay can be planned as one charter, with the group traveling together between activities.

For longer journeys, connect Tampa with Orlando, the Space Coast, South Florida, or destinations beyond the state. Visiting groups can combine a Tampa stay with an attraction day elsewhere, while local schools, churches, and teams can depart from home for regional events.

If the itinerary begins or ends with a flight or cruise, include that connection too. We can arrange both the local visits and the road travel that joins them.

Convention Sessions & Evening Receptions

Use the daytime agenda to set the hotel shuttle, then give the evening its own departure plan. A reception in Ybor City or dinner away from the convention district may need different transportation from the morning ride. BTM can connect both parts of the event.

Port Tampa Bay Cruise Groups

Start a cruise with a shared ride from TPA, your hotel, or a community pickup point. The vehicle needs to accommodate the group’s bags as well as its seats. Arrange the post-cruise journey at the same time, including guests continuing to another Florida destination.

Cross-Bay Visits & Private Outings

A group staying in Clearwater or St. Petersburg may spend the day in Tampa before returning to its hotel. A private charter makes that a shared outing, with room in the itinerary for a museum, meal, or event and the journey back across the bay.

Can you shuttle convention guests from Westshore hotels?
Yes. BTM can arrange hotel transfers to the Tampa Convention Center and other event venues. Share the hotel list and agenda so departures suit registration, sessions, and evening activities. Airport transfers can be included as separate legs.
Can you pick up our group in Clearwater or St. Petersburg?
Yes. Regional pickup locations can be part of a Tampa event charter. Include the addresses and desired arrival time so the route allows for the cross-bay journey, along with passenger boarding and the return afterward.
Do you provide transfers to Port Tampa Bay?
Yes. We can arrange private cruise transfers from airports, hotels, and other group starting points. Provide the ship, sailing date, boarding instructions, and luggage count. The return can go back to the same location or continue elsewhere.
Can our school group visit The Florida Aquarium?
Yes. BTM can provide transportation for your booked visit. Send the school address, student and chaperone count, activity time, and required return time. Any additional meal or attraction stop should be included with the request.
Can one trip include Tampa and Orlando?
