A 14-passenger Sprinter brings a larger private group together, while a 25-passenger minibus suits local shuttle routes. For large delegations and regional travel, our 38- and 56-passenger motorcoaches offer restrooms, Wi-Fi, charging, climate control, and TV/DVD entertainment.

MAKE THE CONNECTION BETWEEN MIAMI’S DIFFERENT DISTRICTS

A stay in Downtown Miami or Brickell creates a different daily journey from a hotel in Miami Beach. The Miami Beach Convention Center is in South Beach, across Biscayne Bay from mainland hotel districts. A conference shuttle should follow those actual origins and destinations, with causeway travel included in the schedule.

 

Evenings can take the group in another direction: a dinner in Little Havana, time among Wynwood’s galleries and murals, or a private reception after the meeting. BTM can connect those outings with the main event itinerary so guests can enjoy more of the city together.

 

PortMiami adds a separate travel day for cruise groups. The ship and sailing details identify the terminal transfer, while the hotel and airport arrangements shape what happens before boarding and after the voyage. We can bring those pieces into one transportation plan.

For longer trips, connect Miami with Orlando, the Space Coast, Tampa, or destinations beyond Florida. A touring group can include several overnight stops; a school or team may need a direct charter to one event and home again afterward.

A cruise visit can include more than the transfer to the terminal. BTM can arrange an airport arrival, pre-cruise hotel stay, and a private group outing, followed by the sailing-day ride. After the voyage, return to the airport or continue to the next part of your Florida visit.

Can you connect mainland hotels with the Miami Beach Convention Center?
Yes. BTM can arrange convention shuttles from Downtown Miami, Brickell, and other hotel locations. Provide the hotel list and event schedule so the routes account for the bay crossing and the arrival entrance specified by your organizer.
Can some guests arrive at MIA and others at FLL?
Yes. Separate airport transfers can bring travelers into the same Miami event itinerary. Send the flights, passenger groups, luggage, and hotel destinations for each airport. The pickups can then be planned as distinct journeys before the group comes together.
Can you arrange round-trip transportation for a PortMiami cruise?
Yes. We can provide the outbound transfer and a separate return after the sailing. Include the ship, dates, terminal or boarding instructions, and luggage. Your return destination can be an airport, hotel, or another location on the group’s itinerary.
Can our charter include Little Havana or Wynwood?
Yes. Private group transportation can include neighborhood visits, restaurants, and other stops you’ve selected. Give us the actual venues and planned time at each stop. Tour guides, dining reservations, and attraction admission should be arranged as part of your activity plans.
