Contracted Employee Shuttle

A SHARED RIDE THAT WORKS WITH YOUR WORKDAY

Connect employees with the places they need to work, from a regular shift to a seasonal assignment or temporary event. BTM Coaches provides contracted shuttle service built around designated pickup points, worksite locations, and the hours your people travel.

With professional drivers, a varied fleet, and in-house operating support, we can help put a recurring transportation program in place for your workforce.

Transportation for Your Workforce

REGULAR ROUTES FOR RECURRING TRAVEL

An employee shuttle can connect a designated meeting point with a workplace, carry staff between company locations, or serve a remote employee parking area. For hotels, resorts, and event operators, service can follow the shifts that begin before guests arrive and end after they leave.

BTM can arrange recurring, seasonal, and temporary programs. We’ll work with your team on the route, rider demand, and departure schedule, then match the vehicles and operating support to the agreed service.

Vehicles for the Route

MATCH EACH DEPARTURE TO THE RIDERS USING IT

The busiest shift change may need a different vehicle from a smaller evening departure. BTM can help choose a fleet mix for the route’s passenger demand and the length of the ride.

Minibuses for Local Routes

Our 25-passenger minibuses offer a shuttle-style cabin, center aisle, comfortable seating, and climate control. They are a practical option for local employee pickups, parking connections, and repeated trips between work locations.

Sprinters for Smaller Shifts

A 14-passenger Sprinter can serve a smaller group of employees or a departure with fewer riders. It provides a private shared ride with climate control, supported by the same BTM operation behind the larger shuttle vehicles.

Coaches for Larger Departures

For larger rider groups or longer travel, 38- and 56-passenger motorcoaches offer restrooms, Wi-Fi, seat charging, TV/DVD entertainment, and climate control. We can discuss when a larger vehicle suits the route and when separate smaller departures work better.

SUPPORT FOR THE SERVICE BEHIND THE SCHEDULE

A recurring shuttle needs attention beyond the first day. Riders need clear pickup information, managers need a transportation contact, and the vehicles need ongoing maintenance.

BTM owns and operates its fleet, with professional drivers, in-house maintenance, GPS vehicle monitoring, and account coordination supporting contracted programs. Our in-house phone team can work with program-specific pickup and timing information to help answer transportation questions.

For programs that need additional communication, SMS and email updates are available to support pickup instructions and reminders. We’ll discuss the service hours, communication needs, and operating arrangements as part of the contract so your team knows how the program will run.

Start with the Working Day

DESIGN THE ROUTE AROUND SHIFTS AND PICKUP LOCATIONS

Total employee headcount is different from the number using a particular departure. The useful starting point is how many riders need each pickup and when they must arrive at work. Return shifts matter too. We’ll use those patterns to discuss a practical route and vehicle schedule, including separate departures when employees start or finish at different hours.

Pickup Points Employees Can Find

Designated meeting locations give each route a clear starting point. Provide the proposed addresses and expected rider numbers so vehicle access and the pickup sequence can be considered. At the workplace, the shuttle can serve the employee entrance or arrival area agreed for the program.

Departures for Each Shift

Set the required workplace arrival time alongside the shift finish and return needs. Some programs may use a repeating local loop; others need specific outbound and homeward departures. The service should reflect both directions of the working day.

Changes to the Program

Seasonal demand, a new work location, or an adjusted shift may change the route’s needs. Bring those updates to your BTM contact so the schedule, vehicle choice, and contract can be reviewed together as the program develops.
Employee Shuttle Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Start with the workplaces, shifts, and employees who would use the service. We can help turn those travel needs into a recurring program.
Can you serve more than one shift or pickup location?
Yes. A program can include several designated pickup points and departures for different shifts. Share the rider estimates at each stop, required arrival times, and return needs. We’ll discuss the routes and vehicles that fit those patterns.
Can we arrange a shuttle for a seasonal or temporary assignment?
Yes. BTM can provide contracted transportation for recurring, seasonal, and temporary programs. Include the service dates, operating days, locations, and expected riders so the proposed schedule and contract reflect the period you need to cover.
What information do you need to quote employee shuttle service?
Provide the proposed pickup and worksite addresses, operating days, shift times, rider estimates by departure, and expected service period. Include mobility or wheelchair-lift needs. We can then discuss the vehicle mix, schedule, communication support, and other arrangements for the program.
