BTM can arrange a single group departure or several vehicles across those schedules. We work from the itinerary and destination instructions supplied by your coordinator to establish the transportation for each part of the visit, including the return or onward journey.

Vehicles for Different Assignments

PRIVATE ARRIVALS AND LARGER GROUP DEPARTURES

The size of the group and the purpose of each journey determine the vehicle. BTM can serve a visiting executive separately while providing coaches or shuttles for the larger program.

Motorcoaches for Personnel Groups

Our 38- and 56-passenger motorcoaches support medium and large groups on regional or longer trips. Restrooms, Wi-Fi, seat charging, TV/DVD entertainment, and climate control provide comfort between destinations, with baggage needs considered in the vehicle selection.

Shuttles for Local Programs

A 25-passenger minibus can connect lodging with meetings or training destinations for a smaller group. Repeated transfers can follow the agreed program, with the reporting location and arrival instructions included for each destination.

Executive and Small-Group Vehicles

Private SUVs, black cars, and 14-passenger Sprinters provide transportation for executives, smaller delegations, and guests on separate schedules. These vehicles can support airport arrivals or meetings alongside the larger group’s charter service.

Space Coast Experience

AEROSPACE TRANSPORTATION BACKED BY HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

BTM’s work on Florida’s Space Coast includes transportation supporting SpaceX, United Launch Alliance, Kennedy Space Center, NASA, Blue Origin, and other aerospace organizations and contractors. Our experience includes launch-viewing transportation on and off federal property.


That work can involve several passenger groups, precise arrival arrangements, and changes to the day’s program. We can provide private executive vehicles, group shuttles, and motorcoaches, with additional on-site transportation support available for larger groups and programs.


Our vehicles are owned and operated by BTM and supported by in-house maintenance. For project coordinators, that means working with the team responsible for the transportation, from matching the vehicles to organizing the departures.

Arrangements for the Destination

BUILD THE JOURNEY AROUND THE HOST’S INSTRUCTIONS

For a controlled-access destination, the arrival plan begins with the host’s visitor and vehicle arrangements. Share the approved entry point, reporting time, and transportation instructions with your BTM contact. Those details allow time for the arrival process and connect the hotel or airport departure with the place the group needs to report.

Delegations Arriving Separately

Guests on different flights can have individual transfers before joining the shared program. BTM can connect those arrivals with lodging or a meeting location, using the traveler groups and their destinations to choose the appropriate vehicles.

Training and Daily Transfers

A multi-day program may need morning departures, local journeys between activities, and returns to lodging. Include those daily transfers with the initial trip request so the transportation covers the assignment beyond the first arrival at the destination.

Launch and Program Changes

Launch-related visits and project schedules can change. Discuss the expected travel window and possible changes when arranging the service, then contact BTM with updated timing so the effect on vehicles, departures, and the booking can be reviewed.

Your itinerary and host’s arrival arrangements help establish the right transportation for the visit.
Can you arrange transportation to a military installation or controlled-access site?
We can plan transportation around the destination’s current entry requirements and the arrangements made with your host. Provide the visitor and vehicle instructions, authorized arrival point, and reporting time. Site access remains subject to the destination’s approval and procedures.
What if a launch or project schedule changes after we book?
Contact your BTM representative with the updated timing and any new destinations. We’ll review the change against the booked vehicles and service period, then discuss the revised transportation and any effect on the booking. If the travel dates depend on a launch window, include that when requesting the quote.
Can one program use both executive vehicles and group coaches?
Yes. Private SUVs, black cars, and Sprinters can serve smaller parties or separate arrivals while motorcoaches carry the larger group. We can arrange the vehicles around the program’s destinations and reporting times, including local transfers during a multi-day visit.
