A Coach for the Whole Group

A 56-passenger motorcoach can bring a large fan group or company outing together; a 38-passenger coach suits a medium-sized party. Both include restrooms, Wi-Fi, charging, TV/DVD entertainment, and climate control for the trip to and from the event.

Shuttles for Shorter Connections

The 25-passenger minibus is a practical option for local hotel or parking transfers. When guests arrive at different times, scheduled departures or a repeating route can connect the pickup location with the venue across the agreed service period.

Private Vehicles for Smaller Parties

A 14-passenger Sprinter or private SUV can serve a smaller group or guests attending on a separate schedule. These vehicles can complement the larger event fleet when hosts, VIPs, or early arrivals need their own transportation.

BTM can plan the return around your group’s outing or an event’s wider departure schedule. For larger programs, on-site transportation personnel and help organizing vehicles at pickup points are available as support options. They can help direct guests to their vehicles and organize departures when several groups are traveling at once.


The vehicle plan follows the venue’s bus-access and pickup arrangements, with the meeting location shared before the event. Guests can enjoy the occasion knowing where the return journey begins.

Can you run shuttles from a hotel or remote parking area?
Yes. BTM can arrange event shuttles from designated pickup locations. Send the expected passenger numbers, service hours, pickup and drop-off arrangements, and event schedule. We can discuss the vehicle mix and whether timed departures or a repeating shuttle route suits the program.
Where will our group meet the bus after the event?
The pickup point is arranged around the specific venue, event, and vehicle. It may differ from the arrival location. We’ll work with the organizer’s bus instructions so you can give guests the meeting point and planned departure before they head into the event.
Can you support an event that needs several buses?
