BTM can arrange each part of the weekend, including a separate ride between the ceremony and reception when needed. Transportation can also serve family celebrations and other private events, with the vehicle choice shaped by the guest list and the occasion.

Sprinters for the Wedding Party

A 14-passenger Sprinter keeps a smaller party together between preparations, photographs, and the venue. Luxury VIP Sprinter configurations are also available for couples seeking a more premium option. Your passenger list and belongings help determine the right arrangement.

Guest Shuttles and Coaches

Our 25-passenger minibuses suit smaller guest departures, while 38- and 56-passenger coaches can bring larger hotel groups together. Climate-controlled interiors give guests a comfortable ride, whether they are heading to a waterfront ceremony or returning after the reception.

Private Rides for Special Guests

Luxury SUVs and black cars provide individual transportation for the couple, relatives, or other guests who need a separate arrival. These rides can complement the main shuttle, giving people a schedule that fits their role in the day.

A guest shuttle is part of your hospitality. People can leave their cars at the hotel, arrive with other guests, and enjoy the celebration knowing a return ride is arranged.


Some guests may be ready to leave after dinner; others will stay for the final dance. BTM can plan several return departures or a shared final ride, depending on the guest list, venue, and travel distance. The earlier arrivals for your wedding party can be arranged separately from those returns.


Our transportation team can work with your planner or designated contact to connect the hotel pickups and venue schedule, giving guests a clear departure time and meeting place for each ride.

We’ll help compare a shuttle making several trips with larger vehicles arriving together, so the transportation fits the celebration you’ve planned.

Hotel Groups and Departure Times

Estimate how many guests will use the shuttle at each hotel. A single pickup may suit one property, while several hotels may need separate trips. The aim is to give guests a useful departure time and have them at the venue before the ceremony begins.

Venue Entrances and Belongings

Use the guest entrance and vehicle arrival arrangements supplied by your venue. Tell us about wedding attire, bags, or other items traveling with the party so the vehicle choice allows for them. A rehearsal dinner or photo stop can have its own place in the itinerary.

Accessibility and the Last Return

Include any need for wheelchair-lift transportation when requesting the service so we can discuss appropriate options. Plan the last return alongside earlier departures, giving guests clear choices for leaving the reception and arriving back at their hotel.

How many shuttle trips will our wedding need?
That depends on the guests using the service, vehicle size, distance between hotels and venues, and time available before the ceremony. One bus may make several trips, or several vehicles may bring everyone together. Share the hotel list and wedding schedule so we can compare practical options.
Can the wedding party travel separately from our guests?
Yes. We can arrange a Sprinter or private vehicle for the wedding party alongside larger guest shuttles. This is useful when preparations, photographs, or an earlier venue arrival give the party a different schedule from the people attending the ceremony.
Can we offer both an early return and a late-night shuttle?
Yes. Multiple return departures can be included in the booking. Tell us when you expect guests to leave and when the reception ends so the quoted service covers those rides. Hotel destinations and the time between departures will help determine the vehicle arrangement.
